3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content removed or disabled was not infringing, or that you have the right to use such material (e.g. through license, fair use, or other legal grounds), you may send us a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant
  • Your electronic or physical signature

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not respond with a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to disable or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others, at our sole discretion.

5. Misrepresentation Warning

Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes false claims regarding alleged infringement may be held liable for damages, including attorney’s fees. Please ensure your claim is accurate and in good faith.
