All products sold at Ofhit.com are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, once a license is delivered, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded.

❗ Note: If the license is delivered, no refund is accepted under any circumstance.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may be granted only under the following strict conditions:

  • You did not receive the product/license within the stated delivery time (excluding holidays or technical delays).
  • The license key provided is invalid or not working and we are unable to replace it within 48 hours.
  • You made a duplicate purchase of the same product by mistake.

You must report any of the above issues within 1 day of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The license has already been delivered.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You purchased the wrong product or no longer need it.
  • The product is incompatible with your device/system.
  • You provided an incorrect email or delivery information.
  • Refund request made after the 1-day window.
